  I have bought many homes and this was by far, the best home buying experience that I have had. Evan worked hard to ensure that I was prepared and knew what was going on during the entire process. He worked directly with my realtor so that I didn’t have to be the in-between and even received texts through their system to tell me when my loan made it through each phase of the process. Would highly recommend and will use Evan and his team again!

  Evan Capowski, with Prime Lending, was the second best part of the home-buying process, next to getting the house! He is the most responsive person I have worked with in any industry, answering my calls and texts at any time of day on any day of the week. He knew the answers to my questions and always knew how to put me at ease with any of my concerns. Evan worked with us from start to finish, from pre-financing (where he got us a great rate!) to loan closing. He engaged my realtor and the selling realtor to ensure all went well with a non-local lending company. Evan also proved that Prime Lending is a great company and can do business anywhere - he was a much better expert on VA loans than a recommended local lender we decided not to use.   Evan is the MAN. You need this guy on your side! I called Evan told him upfront our situation and of the last 3 unsuccessful attempts. He took some information from me. Called me back and said he could get it done. He walked us through and answered everyone of my calls. And we called a lot!. Told us what was going on through the process and when we got to closing actually got money back. Evan did more than what he said. having him on your team is a no brainer!
