  We could not say enough good things about Lauren and her team at Eugene Mortgage Brokers. Lauren is knowledgeable, there for every question, and helped us feel at ease with our decision. Although we had an idea of what we wanted out of our refinance, she helped guide us into an option that exceeded our original expectations. When we had a family emergency that took us out of state in the middle of it all, Lauren and her team kept the ball rolling and our loan closed on time and without issue. We would absolutely recommend this team to anyone!

  I worked with Matt Eugene Mortgage Brokers to secure a non conventional mortgage for my home. I am self-employed. There were a lot of complications with the company (lender) we were working with, however, Matt kept on top if it and did everything in his power to make this as smooth as he could. Matt was a great communicator, very driven and made it happen. He was always honest and upfront about everything, so I was not surprised or caught off guard. Highly Recommended.

  We started looking for houses in April of 2021. Brandy Huynh, our real estate agent, recommended Cara @ Eugene Mortgage Brokers to get us pre-approved for a VA loan. Cara was the easiest to work with, very professional and extremely responsive to my husband and me and Brandy. Cara worked up the numbers going VA & conventional loans. When we had to re-run the numbers (twice) to see if we could qualify for a higher loan amount, Cara got to working on it immediately. We highly recommend Eugene Mortgage Brokers and Cara!

  Cara, Lauren & the entire team at EMB helped us refinance our home to get out of an FHA loan to a conventional loan with **NO** PMI. The communication was always prompt and was all done via electronic communication. We literally did not have to visit her at the office or even talk on the phone with her. We had started the process with our current national servicer and they wanted to refinance back into an FHA loan without any other options. Cara gave us 3 options to choose from and provided us upfront and accurate information, as this is the benefit of using a broker, they can shop the lenders and get you the best solution for your unique financing scenario.
