  Stopped in to complete a simple money-related task, trade a ten-dollar bill for a roll of quarters, but it was not possible to do so without a fee. On the flip side of the coin, the woman who greeted me as I walked in was super friendly and helpful to the best of her ability. Enjoyed seeing the money frog in the foyer.

  Drive through ATM made me prepare an envelope and then wouldn't return my debit card "for security reasons" because I took too long. Completely unacceptable, especially in 2021.

  Wow! Never had I had such a poor experience with anyone (company or individual person) that is holding my my money for me! Rude staff, out right ignored at the customer service desk! Not even a quick "I will be right with you" or "sorry I am working with another customer at the moment." They literally just walked away from the front desk when people where walking to to desk. This branch is always in disarray needing construction as well! I have opened an account with another financial institution and let them have the benefit of me being there customer.

  There could be no one in line in the drive-thru and they will still make you wait 10 minutes. There isn't a single brain cell to be shared amongst the employees. It has been this way for years. I would give zero stars if I could. We will be switching all three of our accounts, as well as auto AND mortgage, in the coming weeks. They aren't any better at the other locations; Zuck location leaves much to be desired as well.

  Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. They do not want to work with you. Complete lack of follow through.

  I've never had an issue with this place until I went to withdrawal my money for a concrete driveway and they wouldn't allow me because "policy" is only $2500.00/day for withdrawals with shared branch customers. They even had the audacity to ask "what is it for?". I literally would have had to drive from meadville 3 more times over three days to get the amount I needed.
