  5 star team! 3 words: VETTED VA Recommended! I would definitely work with Eric Tan and William Verallis again! Excellent team, professional and patient. Our first deal fell through but both guys were very patient working with me and we were able to close early on the 2nd property I placed an offer on. Will and Eric walked me through the process and they're both very well versed with VA loans as well as other loans of course. Thanks guys! Will use again!

  Will was amazing, he communicated very well, and knew how to get his client to closing. Anyone can give you a great rate, what you are really looking for is someone that answers when you call, and knows how to creatively overcome obstacles to get the client what they ultimately want, a new home.   Eric and Will are the Mortgage Brokers that I wish I had during the other 3 houses I have purchased. These guys were super responsive even when I called during nights and weekends. If you are buying a house in the VA Beach Area you should seriously consider these two rockstars.

  Highly Recommend - In addition to getting us the best rate of all the local lenders, Eric is responsive, personable and knowledgeable.The amount of documentation and paperwork that goes into mortgages/refinances can surely be overwhelming. Whenever we had questions or comments, he was quick to respond via phone, text or email. Regarding the triple constraint of quality/price/time, you usually have to sacrifice at least one for the other 2 - we received all 3 with Eric though. We'll be doing business with him again in the future.
