  I had the most wonderful experience ever during a refi with Eric Lawson and Cross Country Mortgage. The process was seamless, and took approximately two weeks without giving up my first born, as I often have felt when going through this process with other mortgage companies.   Eric was AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY recommend him for all of your lending needs! He worked PATIENTLY with me for a long time and answered ALL of my MANY questions! I ended up with an AWESOME interest rate with a Conventional loan when others said I couldn’t go this route. Eric was AVAILABLE at all times and I couldn’t of done it without him!   Eric does an amazing job. Always dedicated to each and every client I have that he works with to get the buyers goal accomplished. I can't praise him enough.   I had a great refi experience with Eric Lawson, unlike my refi's in the past, so I have to take a minute to write a review. He was attentive, immediately responded to all my questions, and came up with several refi scenarios, taking time to explain each in depth. I knew where we were during each step of the process, and he immediately kept me up to date with any new developments along the way. Even scheduling the closing was a breeze. The whole process was painless, especially compared to my other refi's using other lenders. I would gladly recommend Eric Lawson and use him again for any refi or mortgage needs.

  This lender has made me over 3 weeks late on a closing and has zero motivation or accountability. Edit based on reply: I will tell you the specific address, privately, but you were not responding to the title company or my listing agent and we closed 22 days late.

  Response from the owner

  I can guarantee you I was responding, the issue was not with my company, but with the buyer who spent part of the down payment and then had to wait till they got another paycheck. Which is no fault of mine, I did not tell them to spend it.
