  Rick is excellent!!! This was the second home we purchased and this experience was so much better compared to the first. Rick prepared us the whole way through. He really cares about his clients and wants what is best for them. I felt like he was a dad giving us the right advice we needed the whole way through- even when I didn’t want to hear it (ie the need for a backup plan in case our sale fell through on our first home). Rick answered many calls of mine and talked with me late into the evening and over weekends. He made me feel comfortable with what we could afford and gave great explanations. It’s like he has a sixth sense too. He had a feeling that rates were continuing to go up and was able to get us a good rate. He also sensed that our first home buyer wasn’t going to be approved for a loan before the deal fell through. Even though the sale fell through everything was safe with our purchase because Rick had us always preparing for the worst just in case. You can’t go wrong with Rick!!!

  Rick handled my original home mortgage in 1999, as well as two refinances to take advantage of substantial interest rate drops since then. He explains everything in detail and always makes sure you are up to date as the process unfolds. He definitely looks out for your best interests and makes sure he can get you the best deal available. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance. Each time I have worked with him I have received top notch service in everyway.

  Rick did an AMAZING job (as always) helping out my clients (buyers). He went above and beyond and my buyers were so happy with him. I wouldn't recommend anyone else EXCEPT HIM. He is the BEST of the best of all lenders out there.
