  EquityMax has been so great to deal with. Quickest to close and the lack of paperwork takes away so much stress. I even used a credit report that I had pulled myself from the week before. At first I thought it may be too good to be true with so many scams out there. Once we got to the close I was like, WOW! That was easy! The second loan was even easier. I had to jump through so many hoops in the past and found some dishonest people along the way. I had no issues with EquityMax. I only wish they would lend more than 80% of the purchase price. Thanks to the EquityMax team. Maria has always been attentive and Brad respectful. My wife and I are USAF veterans and on our way to reaching our goals in real estate with the help of EquityMax.

  It's interesting to see some of the reviews below. Well here is my take on Equity Max. This firm knows what they are doing and through this pandemic and the shortage of money, I'm glad I have them as a partner to help my clients. Gregory and his staff (specifically Maria) did a great job in turning a file in a few weeks. I have been in the lending business for close to 20 years and I'm always looking for great partners to help our clients needs. Is there fees? yes but here is the truth. You get what you pay for? If you are looking for a fast turn around closing on your next investment - these are the guys to reach out to. They are up front, honest and straight to the point.   Fast funding which is convenient and Maria was easy to work with. The customer service is strongly lacking and one of the owners unfortunately doesn’t know how to talk to people. I definitely will be using other lenders in the future. Ultimately people like to spend money with people they enjoy doing business with. I’m sure they will provide a detailed response as to why I’m wrong in my opinion, but it will only illustrate their lack luster and unprofessional communication as I’ve seen in previous comments.

  Ehhhh communications isn’t the greatest, slow to respond and offer very low amounts on what they will lend. It seems impossible to secure a deal with how slow they move. I’ve seen good reviews about Maria but unfortunately I received a different worker and she’s slow to act. I was so happy to hear they find smaller deals but I’m not going to work with them due to lack of motivation.

  Hello Washy, We cannot locate any loan inquiries under the name "Washy Brown," but should you contact us directly, we are happy to hone in on where your experience with our staff did not expectations. There is a small marketplace of private money lenders that offer loans less than $50,000; we are one of them. At the same time, we are more conservative with our underwriting of these deals because of the smaller loan size, and EquityMax makes this very clear to prospective borrowers at the onset. Perhaps, you took our more risk averse approach as a lack of motivation to close your particular deal, but we can assure you that is not the case nor did we ever represent such. Regardless, we do hope there are future opportunities to work with you again and earn your business.
