  I came in looking for a loan and Yisel Reyes from the Fort Lauderdale Bank was amazing. She really went above and beyond to explain all the details of my loan. Not only that, she kept in contact with me through the whole process to make sure that everything went according to plan and that I was comfortable with all the paperwork making sure that everything was correct. She never really tried to sell me on anything. Yisel is amazing and I recommend her to anyone that wants to get a loan from Tropical Financial!

  After being a member for a number of years, I can say PROUDLY that I support this entire branch in Fort Lauderdale. From my Personal, Business and Auto Loan(s)-- this branch certainly delivers the service! The staff, the location and the upper tier service that they provide is wonderful and I have encouraged others to come along and join as well. However, Yisel Reyes over the course of my time, has been an absolute delight and has always kept me on track, with all of the above accounts. Moving forward she is the one that I will be continuing more business with as my company grows etc. Thank you to not only this branch but to TISEL REYES as well. Thank you TFCU for everything!!   Yisel Reyes, Jeremy Daniels and Timetta Phillips are awesome! They went well beyond the call of duty. I had a complex series of check deposits, certified checks and redeem a CD and other stuff. They were so gracious, pleasant and I felt so valued and served as a customer…by the way it was 5:50pm on a Friday. Thank you ladies and gentleman! TFCU Rocks!

  The worst credit union ever. As bad as TD bank. I have fraud alert on my account and they shut my card down twice while i was using it and ignored doing it when someone added charges to my account. They are completely clueless. And you can never get thru to speak with anyone unless you wait an hour. Then u risk getting hung up on. I have direct deposit and my direct deposit was treated like a check so i had to call and them and explain this to them before they fixed it. Don’t waste your time with this company. Nothing but a damn headache.

  It's sad that in these unprecedented times, after waiting for over 30 minutes and several back and forwards I still didn't get the help I needed to deposit one check. The manager there, Christy, didn't care much about me although I tried to talk to her a few times. In short, Tropical Financial is no longer the hometown customer oriented credit union it used to be, but rather this corporate banking with a few members.
