  Not enough branches. If you lose your card or its compromised you have to wait 10 days for a new card. Few lobby staff and hours. Miss my old credit union. A disputed charge just went through and their fraud department does not recognize my correct phone number. I spoke to a manager about both my phone number not being recognized. The details on the two false transactions show non existent companies at least as far as all search engines are concerned.

Amazing company! Amazing culture! Takiyah Thompson at your Pompano Beach Branch is one of those amazing individual’s! Takiyah Always goes out of her way to ask how I am! She truly cares about all of the members of Bright Star and it shows! Given the overwhelmingly positive experience that I continue to receive from everyone and bright star my wife and I have decided to open additional accounts and I have moved my business account too bright star as well! Amazing people! Amazing company! Amazing culture! Truly one of the best!
