  We refinanced our home with Kraig Strum and he could not have made the process easier for us. From start to finish, he had fantastic communication about every step. He gave us multiple options that would be best for our situation, and the document upload process was very easy to use. We ended up closing earlier than expected and are extremely happy with the great service Kraig provided at the time and continues to provide now that the loan has closed!

  I have worked with various lenders as a real estate agent and when it came to refinance my home, I looked for the best rate and customer service and Kraig Strum provided all of that. He was able to compete with all the rates that were offered to me and offer even better. The process was not smooth as we both have hoped, the underwriting team requested so much more documentation that I am used to providing, but Kraig was always on top of it, he communicated what was needed next and made sure that everything was submitted on time and correctly. He constantly checked on us and I couldn't appreciate more his professionalism and time he took to make sure we closed on our refinance. I highly recommend Kraig if you are looking for a local lender in Washington State! Thank you Kraig for all your hard work.
