  I was referred to James Kim and he is currently helping with my loan. I heard so many good things about him and I was worried that he could not help me out because I live in Texas. I called him and he was super nice, knowledgeable, professional, and I could tell he is such a good person. I felt that James is someone that I knew for long time, making me feel warm! Even with 2 hour time difference, I texted him early in the morning but he responded right away answering all of my questions. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a loan officer who you can trust and want to have a smooth transaction/communication

  I worked with Steve Kim for the loan and he was absolutely amazing. In a way he did both the jobs of my loan officer as well as my agent, in terms of providing knowledge and guidance. There were issues with the Seller's side, near the close of escrow, that could have caused my rate lock to expire, but Steve made sure that wouldn't happen, and even if it did he made sure I wouldn't pay anything extra by having the Seller pay for the additional charges. I usually never leave reviews or recommend people to my peers since the people I work with never wow me, but Steve Kim is a different story. I would recommend his services to anyone. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

  Steve Kim was fantastic throughout the process of purchasing our first home. Great communication, easy to work with, and helped us out with very tight contingency timelines.   Before being introduced to Steve Kim, I knew absolutely nothing about buying a home. Steve helped guide me on exactly what I needed to do, what I should be cautious of, and really looked out for my best interests. I feel so lucky that the process of buying my first home has been so smooth. A big part of that is due to Steve Kim's work ethic and communication skills. Steve was constantly in the loop with my real estate agent and escrow agent. We were also able to close on the home before the target closing date!

  I cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards Steve Kim. My wife and I have a VERY complicated financial history and being new business owners, a lot of lenders were making it very difficult for us to get the loan that we need. Steve listened to our needs, worked diligently on our case, answered emails within 24 hours and even after hours and was able to successfully get us our loan. Because he works with multiple lenders, he was able to give us a few options, all of which were very attractive. It will be a no brainer to continue using Steve for our future loans. Thanks Steve!

  !!! STEVE KIM WINS BEST LOAN AGENT AWARD FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE YEARS !!! If there were such an award, Steve Kim would absolutely be nominated with all bets on him taking the win. I've been in real estate for over 20 years now and have had my share of experiences with multiple loan agents. Steve has been a breath of fresh air in this industry which is saturated with dishonest and unscrupulous loan agents that smile in your face but care about nothing other than their commission. I first got connected with Steve about 5 years ago and haven't looked back. He's now helped me with several refi's and purchases and I can confidently say that I'd be willing to put my name and reputation at stake for whomever I refer him to. The first and foremost thing that I respect and appreciate about Steve is his HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY. I've had sooo many experiences with other agents who tell you what you want to hear, promise you pipeline dreams, and then never deliver. Steve is NOT that. From the beginning, he correctly assesses each case scenario and presents a realistic game plan. He is extremely professional and receptive. He is a rarity in the sense where he "listens" to you before speaking instead of just talking over you which is unfortunately too common. As far as communication etiquette, I truly wish he could teach others on the proper way of responding and maintaining client relations. He is extremely prompt and thorough in his responses and addresses all questions with care and clarity. In addition, he has on many occasions gone above and beyond what was needed or asked of him, not to impress me, but because he genuinely felt it was the right thing to do.
