  This bank and branch provide excellent service. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and I’ve recommend it many times. I can always call and be connected with a banker. Very easy online banking. My loan officer is SO helpful and knowledgeable. There’s never a line, the most I’ve waited behind is one person.

  2.7?? No. 0.7 is closed to reasonable rates review. One day .. not one day Most of day All branches make me unhappy. So today I like to say to everyone. Bye. God bless you.

  I has always been told to remove the 0 from my account for deposits or payment. An error was caused by doing this while I making a payment to an account and I was charged 2 overdraft fees and I was told it was my mistake. This union is always trying to take money. If it was a mistake then you guys should have understood that and seen that I had the money in the account. My other bank does not punish me for human error I don't feel like a priority there.

  Unprofessional. There was a correction on the check I was depositing. Therefore the teller and the person supervising the teller rejected depositing the check, which is fine. But then I get asked "Well, what did the person who gave you the check have in mind when they wrote it to you?" How should I know, they gave it as a gift. Then they said, "Well you should take it your own credit union and see if they'll cash it." (which they did! No questions asked or accusations made). I took my checks and left - even though they were willing to deposit my other check. What terrible customer service! Never going back.

  The tellers are great, but no one ever answers the phone. I don't have an account with them, but they do shared branch services. shared branch services go down often, so I like to call before waisting the drive down. I feel a simple answer to the phone makes them get a three star deduction.

  Hours are wrong, they're closed. I've called 3 days in a row and cant get anyone on the phone after being on hold for 20 mins. The online app accepts my check deposit then sends an email saying its rejected. I have no clue how to solve this without trying to deposit checks in a different account . Very dissapointed, false advertising on their part about being here for us!!

  All these good reviews must be by their employees. Their customer service is a joke and the people working there are very unprofessional. I can't wait until I terminate my relationship with them.

  I’ve been a member of this credit union for 15 years. I was just hung up for asking to speak with a manager after an employee told me to try to work with a larger credit union.

  Convenient hours and great customer service. Cashiers work quickly as well so there isn't usually much of a line.

  The wait is to long Plenty of parking. The employees are nice They need more employees during peak hours.
