  The tellers at this branch are absolutely wonderful. However, the bankers that work in their cubicles need a little bit improvement with their costumer service. I had a few questions about my new flex freedom card but two employees brushed me off and told me to call the number in the back in such a cold and callous demeanor. Shameful

  Friendly staff and ontime. Customer oriented ... I went to bank to get notarization exactly 5min before closing, they have taken care of me as I have come middle of the day and extended their time to complete all my documentation for next 25min.... I didn’t go for business rather for notary which they will do for free. It shows the value of customer in Chase... had felt really great being your customer! Thank you again!

  The worst. 6 private bankers, 3 on their cell phones and I had to wait 55 mins and still did not get helped. Horrible. Can’t wait to change account.

  these people are thieves. be very careful with your money, read the small print on any contract you make with them. ask many questions and record conversations with them if need be. THIEVES!!! I TELL YOU!! THIEVES!!!!
