  Tom Deadmore is a terrific person and really knowledgeable mortgage consultant that has helped me multiple times. He is always there to provide information, answer questions, and provide advice in a no pressure type of situation. I always felt like Tom had my best interests in mind and valued me as a client.   Mr. Deadmore and Equity Resources were absolutely the most positive factors in my new home purchase. The market is hot and everything moves quickly. Tom was person behind the scenes that kept the mortgage process moving forward for a quick closing. He was always patient with my questions and helped me to decide on how I would best finance my purchase, based on my own unique circumstance. He was NEVER too busy to help me, always cheerful and sooo helpful. I could not be more pleased with the way that he helped me negotiate a somewhat difficult landscape to success. Bravo, Tom.

  We had neighbors who'd mortgaged and refinanced with Tom on multiple occasions over the years and recommend Tom to us. From the get-go the process of the refinance was explained in great detail with various scenarios offered. From there on in it was hassle free and no issues closing. Great to work with Tom. Would happily recommend to all and would most definitely work with him in the future if we were to mortgage or refinance again.

  Where do I begin........ it’s rare to be able to give such an excellent rating in 2020 because representatives of many companies seem too busy to provide excellent service. I had the honor of meeting Tom Deadmore in 2017 when I was selling one home and purchasing another one. As a retired disabled USAF Veteran, the mortgage process can seem complicated. But not with Tom. He was very familiar with my situation and he jumped on board with my Realtor and I, and I was closing on my new home within 4 weeks. Tom’s knowledge, professionalism, patience, compassion, and sincere concern for me as a client and veteran was impeccable. When the year 2020 rolled around and interest rates dropped, I reached out to Tom and closed on a refinance 2.5 weeks later. He does not procrastinate. He answer questions quickly and thoroughly. He loves what he does and represent his company well. And he walks with you through the entire process. Having him at closing on time and smiling really helped my anxiety.   I have purchased two homes with Tom Deadmore, and I have refinanced one. He is always the first person that I call when I have questions, and he is always willing to explain the process with as much detail as you want. He's knowledgeable, passionate, and very good at what he does. I would recommend him for anything you need done, but he would probably be most effective being your mortgage specialist.
