  My husband and I had been looking into buying our new home for a while and Doug was recommended to as by a family member, as first time buyers we were full of questions. Doug always took the time and was very honest and thorough when answering all of our questions. We had so many ups and downs through the process but Doug and his team always had an answer/solution to whatever came along. He helped us buy our new home and we are nothing but happy. We are very appreciative of him and his team for all their hard and effort.

  Had a great experience re-financing my home to a customized 20 year loan. The rate was really good and the whole transaction was painless. Doug and his team really know what they are doing, and they work with you showing you different options on hot to attain your goal.   We were looking to refinance since rates were so low and we got the privilege of working with Douglas Sorto, who was excellent every step of the way! We told Doug exactly what rate we were looking for and once it was time, Doug took care of all of the paperwork and sent it to us to sign electronically, making everything so easy and seamless.   I was looking buy my first home when I discovered Equity Capital Home Loans. I scheduled a meeting with Douglas and he was very accommodating. Douglas took his time getting to know my financial situation and helped me determine which type of loan would best suit me. Douglas was able to provide me a couple loan estimates based off of how much $ I was willing to put on my down payment and my credit score. He encouraged me to compare the numbers with other companies and assured me that no one would beat his numbers. After speaking to multiple brokers and lenders, I came to the conclusion that I would be in great hands with Equity Capital Home Loans.   If you want a home during this very difficult time for buyers, you NEED Douglas and his team! My husband and I purchased our first home in historically the worst buyers' market ever. My parents are realtors (30+ years) and they referred us to Douglas as they do all their clients. A year before actively shopping we reached out and he gave us advice on our savings, our credit score requirements, market conditions, and more. He thoroughly responded to all my first-time home buyer questions over this time. Then once we were ready to pull the trigger on an offer he jumped in to ensure a same day submission. I have several friends who are shopping right now that have complained about not reaching their lenders on nights/weekends and have missed out on opportunities. In this market you NEED someone who is responsive, goes above and beyond as an industry expert to give you trusted advice, and who acts fast. This is everything Douglas and his team brings.   I highly recommend Douglas for your home loan needs. Douglas helped my family and I buy our 1st home on a single family income. He communicated with me through out the whole process. He has a ton of insight on how this business works and does the best job at finding what fits your needs. I went back to Douglas to refinance my home and he saved me 2 months of payment, no closing cost and got me some cash back. besides Douglas doing a great job at what he does, he is truly a good person at heart and humble.   Doug was fantastic to work with through my refinance. He was always looking out for the best rate. When i had originally scheduled to sign documents in two days, he called to say let's hold off "I think rates are going to drop". He then was able to quickly get me to a new lender, with a lower rate and still close 30 days later. I will only be recommending Doug to family and friends in the future for any purchases or refinances.

  I Was looking to purchase a home and my family recommended Doug. I gave him a call and scheduled a meet with him a few days later. Doug came to me and was very informative regarding the whole process which I was very new to being this would be my first purchase ever. Doug gave me many options and also didn't make me feel like I had to do business with him, he was very open to having me shop around and see what else is out there. In the end I decided to do business with him and it was the best choice I made. Doug is very professional, he is very driven and tended to all our needs. He made my home buying process very fast and easy and I couldn't be more happier about the whole situation. 24 days after meeting up with Doug, I had keys to my new home.   we have purchased two homes and refinanced 3 times in the past. we just purchased a third home for one of our 3 sons and closed escrow in November 2021. This last purchase we used Mr. Douglas Sorto from Equity Capital Homes Loans. Mr. Sorto is the best Loan Agent I have ever work with, he responded to my calls, emails, text messages in less than 30 minutes. He would answer all my questions promptly, walk me through the paperwork as much as I need it. One of the best virtue of MR, Sorto is that he would tell me the fact/truth.
