  Wow! Very thoughtful to decorate and have Santa, Mrs Claus, and friends in your branch. My daughters absolutely loved visiting with Santa! The hot chocolate, cookies, and all of the arts and crafts were so much fun! We appreciate you so much. Thank you!

  SO glad i walked into Equity Bank last Friday. I ended up opening two accounts, getting references to office space, community activities, and learning much more about what a great place Lee's Summit is to live and do business.

  When it comes to equity bank in downtown lees summit there’s a lot I can say but nothing would be negative, all positives! Brents attitude on life and towards the customers is amazing, would highly recommend a conversation. Karen is wonderful and nothing but helpful, she’s helped me notarize forms on many of occasions and many of laughs. The main tellers are amazing! Lexie, Kenzie & Chris are all so polite and helpful, and will listen when you have a issue which is the most important thing of it all!

  This is the best bank in Lee's Summit. Ever since I have been introduced to Equity Bank, they have taken care of me. Karen and Brent are extremely helpful. Karen Bosarge is a fantastic personal banker. She took the time to sit down with me to get my social security switched over and made sure all of my banking needs were met. They know me by name and I am always treated great whenever I walk into their lobby. If you're looking for a bank that will take the time to get to know you and take care great care of you, Equity Bank in downtown Lee's Summit is the best. I highly recommend them.

  This bank and this location is the best bank anywhere. After 35 years I've dealt with alot of Banks. This bank is by far and away the best I've ever dealt with. Karen is a fantastic banker and the manager Brent is great too. This bank is like no other

  Excellent service! Brent and Karen are phenomenal at making you feel like you are part of their family. They always take care of us with kid gloves and go the extra mile to make sure that they are handling our requests promptly and efficiently. They go out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests involving every type of concern. We never feel rushed or ignored and always feel comfortable knowing that we are gaining the assistance of professionals that are looking out for our best interests.
