  Every experience with Molly Dean's Team is professional, concise and trouble free. All documents were requested in the beginning and were able to be transmitted securely and quickly.   I see the review that complained about Molly and her team getting them a loan and quickly.......um, yeah, that's exactly what you want! And Molly and her team are great at it! They were ready to close in under 3 weeks! But more than that, I disagree with the "wink and a smile" sentiment from the other review. Is Molly busy? Oh yeah, that's how she gets loans quickly! But when push came to shove on deciding to proceed with my home purchase when dealing with a difficult seller, she had a real heart-to-heart with me about making a smart decision. I appreciate her abilities and her personal service, and I will continue to do business with her and be happy to refer people to her in the future. If you're lucky you'll feel like she just spun you through the loan car wash and got you on your way to your new home! But if there's issues, she won't let you go down the wrong path! Both of which means she cares!
