  I loved working with Andrea and her team. All the ladies were very kind and patient. They answered all my questions, and being a first time homebuyer I had a lot. She was always punctual to all our meetings and being a working mother I really busy so she would meet me closer to where I lived. Andrea and her team knew exactly what they were doing and were extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. I will most definitely be working with her and her team again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

  Andrea was absolutely fantastic. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea how many steps were needed for this process. She kept everything so organized that it made my part that much easier. The lists for the paperwork needed kept me on track so that I was able to send her all the necessary documentation in a timely manner. She was always available to answer any questions I had or go over any paperwork that I didn't understand. There is no doubt that when I go to purchase another home Andrea Barnes at LeaderOne Financial will be the person I contact to help me with that purchase!

  It was a great pleasure working with Andrea and LeaderOne. This was our first home purchase and we had no idea how everything worked. Andrea took the time to explain all of the details, was quick to respond to questions, and made sure we were ready for closing. We found the house we wanted before we spoke with her and she got the pre-approval done exceptionally fast so we could make an offer. We now own the home of our dreams.   Working with Andrea was really great and really fun! She knew what she was doing and knew the best way to get the job done. She never left any stone unturned and had all her ducks in a row before submitting my loan to under writing to get approved. Everyone was tell me bad stories about how the loan process was and I have to say this was easier than buying a car. Will certainly use her again when I purchase another home.

  I am a first time home-buyer and did not know ANYTHING about any of the lending process. I was referred to Andrea at LeaderOne by my realtor and from the first time we talked I felt like I was her only client. She made me feel comfortable and she was very approachable. She helped answer all of my questions (and there were A LOT) and she never acted like I was inconveniencing her or bugging her or anything. She is a great person and very helpful. I am so glad I had her to help me through the lending process. Her team was also amazing! Each one of them made me feel like we had been best friends for years, lol. Andrea was great on the phone, in her emails, and in person. I don't think I have anything negative to say about her, her team, or the process that I had to go through. She was very encouraging the whole way through but also gave everything to me straight! She was honest, informative, helpful, patient, and just wonderful to work with all around! Thank you Andrea!!!

  Andrea Barnes was our knight in shining armor during our mortgage process. We started out working with another lender, who told us half way through our building process that we wouldn't be able to close. We called Andrea for a second opinion and she was confident in our loan and said it was "a clean and easy file." From the day we met Andrea to the day we closed we knew we could trust her to guide us. Andrea's morals and dignity were evident and she stood by them the entire time. On closing day she was at the table with the closing agent so she could explain what each page meant to us. We loved that she actually cared that we were signing our life away! I could go on for days about our experience with Andrea, hands down she is the best.

  Andrea and her staff was amazing. The house buying process is no fun at all but they made it simple and easy beyond be belief. I will be using again when the time comes. There isn't anyone that could have done a better job. I give a heart felt thanks to everything Andrea helped me get through during the process of buying my new home.   Andrea Barnes was an absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to insure that we got the best loan. I have never seen a lender work so hard to insure her clients were taken care of. She was there to answer any questions I had and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my loan. I had a short sale on a home a few years ago and had a lender promise me that I could qualify for a home loan. I paid money for an inspection and had my entire house packed when the lender called me 3 days before closing to tell me that I couldn't qualify for a home loan. I went to Andrea for help. Instead of sugar coating things and telling me I could qualify for a loan, she was honest and told me what I needed to do to qualify. Finally after Andrea's help, I qualified for a home loan. I can't put into words how much it means to me and my family to finally have a home. Andrea Barnes and her team are by far the best I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
