I had a great experience with my home loan with Will Ritter, so I decided to keep my checking account that I used to complete that transaction open with Equity, even though I didn't use it. Then I was charged several fees one month that totaled $60. They said they sent me a letter letting me know this account was not free anymore, so they wouldn't refund my charges. So I closed my account with them. I feel screwed over and victimized.

Plus he was able to order us a new debit card and have it done within the day. Just wanted to say we are so appreciative, thank you Chris!

Greg Downs1The local branch in Overland Park is pretty good. They have 1 teller that has been there a while that is pretty slow. Their internet access to account information is absolutely horrid. Their website is down frequently. I would be embarrassed if I was responsible for decisions about their website. Their web hosting company should of been fired a long time ago.
