  Central bank has been a great one stop shop for all my Banking needs. They helped with my home loan, Refinancing, and now a HELOC for a remodel. They were very responsive and took the time to explain everything. Linda Q was very smart and personable. Would highly recommend.

  Just wanted to say that Linda Qureshi was wonderful in her taking emergency time to meet with my son, Austin, and myself, late last week. My son was experiencing difficulty in getting final loan approval through a different lending institution (which was recommended to him by his real estate agent). Linda took the time to review the loan documents and information. After careful consideration of the situation, she advised my son to "stick it out" and do everything possible to finalize the loan with the other agency - since it would take at least 4 to 5 weeks for her to be in position to get loan approval to my son. My son, age 23, took her advice, and, thankfully, was able to close on his home purchase this past Monday! This is a prime example of a person that does what is best for the customer (we have been lifetime account holders with this bank, and its predecessor bank) - regardless if it does not result in immediate business for her employer. Linda has done my last two loan transactions, and she has, always been great. My son would have used her, also; but, he was trying to do things on his own - without the assistance of his mother or I. Linda, YOU ARE GREAT!

  The 151st street location is my favorite of all. They are always so accommodating to any request that I have. The crew there is always so nice and makes you feel so comfortable. They know my name and always have smiles on there faces. Highly recommend this bank and especially this location.

  I have nothing but great things to say about this financial institution! I have worked with Linda Q. on numerous occasions and I feel she is knowledgeable, kind and honest. The entire staff is amazing, and I love walking through the door of a bank and having people greet me with a smile and calling me by name. That is so rare to find these days! I highly recommend their services!

  Easiest Refinance I have ever done. Highly recommend working with Central Bank they make the process very easy and communication was great from everyone involved.

  Linda Qureshi, VP-Lending was very helpful. This was the first time I was taking out a mortgage loan and she walked me through every thing. If I didn't understand something, I could call or email and get an answer to my question, usually the same day.

  I deal with this branch on weekly basis. The employees there are incredible. Every time I walk through the door I know I am going to be met with great people who enjoy their job. If you're looking for a great group of people to deal with for your banking needs this is where its at! I look forward to continuing to work with you all!

  I was impressed with Linda‘s knowledge and Her efficiency at getting the job done quickly for the service that I received. The staff at this bank is also very courteous and friendly and I always feel welcome when I walk through the front door .

  We have our volunteer "business" account here for the booster club for our high school drama department. Since it is a volunteer organization, the officers turn over every year or 2. I have had mixed dealings with this bank, but let me just state that I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was when there was some minor misunderstanding about how the account transitions were supposed to happen. I had been given a form to mail back, and I believed it was the wrong form (it was) but one member of the bank staff refused to listen to my explanations and eventually just stormed off to her desk to let the bank manager help us. It wasn't just me, all 3 of the other officers there to be added to the account were kinda dumbfounded by this employees attitude and treatment of us once we were outside the bank. If it were not such a hassle I would pull our account immediately and move it a much more customer friendly bank. I definitely will never open any other accounts here, that is for sure! This whole experience, despite our business being eventually handled correctly, left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. Not Recommended!
