  By far the best experience ! Meyer has made this process as smooth as possible. He has been there every step of the way.   We couldn't have picked a better person to handle our first mortgage.   A real class act! I cant even begin to say what an amazing experience it was working with Epic. I had some credit issues and many lender reps saw it as an obstacle, but Meyer from Epic walked me through fixing the issues and really took the time to encourage and guide me along. It was obvious that he really cared about getting me into a new home and doing the right thing by me through out the whole process. Today I am a new homeowner because of them. What else can I say, I would not use anyone else. They have truly earned my trust, my future business, and referrals.

  Where should I start ... I got my home financed through epic mortgage 2months ago. The process took 2 weeks and it could have closed faster if my accountant wasn't in vacation overseas . I wasted 3 months dealing with another broker who was only finding issues. Meyer did an incredible amazing job . Super fast. I was very worried , was in the last month of my lease and I didn't want to rent again . I was then 5 months pregnant so I was extremely anxious but he made the process so easy !!! And now I'm 7 months pregnant living In a beautiful 4/2 remodeled home .. super happy!!! I'm also a realtor, I had a listing that went through two contracts and the last one was giving loan issues to the buyer, so I contacted meyer and he took over the process. In 2 weeks after 2months of back and forth we were scheduled to close after signing two different extensions with the same client. Honestly the best I've seen. I recommend meyer pichasow and his company to anyone looking for a fast and efficient loan process and to any real estate agent looking for mortgage services for their clients . I will definitely continue to work with him. He is available 24/7. Even on weekends he is answering calls. Very profesional.
