  Looking for a Bank? Well say no more! These guys are great to work with. I'm a small business owner and I have had Enterprise as my business bank for the past 10 years. Crazy thing, they answer the phone when you call them, and they know what they’re talking about on any topic you through at them. I work with Debbie, the branch manager out of the Olathe branch most of the time, she’s awesome to work with. Super-fast on returning any communication with me. They have a small town feel with deep pockets of a big one. I would highly recommend them.

  We switched banks at the beginning of the Pandemic, Debbie Newton, VP Branch Manager, was instrumental in helping us secure a Payroll Protection Program for our corporation. Whenever I have any questions or need help with one of our three business accounts, Debbie has always been readily available to help. EB&T should be proud of Debbie for the outstanding work she does.

  Enterprise Bank and Trust staff are so friendly. They always provide excellent customer service. I have a bank account with them and I feel that they are a great bank to work with. I would highly recommend the bank and Jane McCollum who gave such quality service. She has almost 30 years of experience in the industry and was certainly very knowledgeable.

  I had an issue with a fraudulent payment using one of my bank accounts, I called the Olathe location immediately and Jane was who assisted me. She was quick, we got everything figured out and she refunded me any money that had caused over draft and other fees. She was also helpful in letting me know what I needed to do to close this account that I was no longer using. The kindness and sense of urgency she had caused me to really not stress or worry about any of it!!! It was handled so very well! I have had such good experiences with enterprise that I have had several family and friends start new accounts with them and they as well feel it is such a unique banking service you get here! Thank you all for everything you do!!!

  I have been Banking at Enterprise Bank & Trust for over 20 years. They take very good care of me and my banking needs. The group in the drive through remember my name and use it when I drive up. I often have to contact Debbie Newton for various banking issues and she always gets back to me quickly and solves my problems. Debbie has been a big help to me over the years. I know I can contact the bank and they will help me with whatever banking issue I have.

  This week I had the privilege of working with your Banker, Annie Martin. Dealing with family matters and a variety of local banking institutions, Ms. Martin is the high gold standard of professional service. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional, willing to help, and genuinely CARES!! At no time did I feel as though I were merely another person waiting in line. She is truly an example of what's missing in customer care. Annie Martin has made me and my family an ongoing banking partner.   Annie Martin helped us when we opened an account in 2016. We wanted a bank with the personal services and the friendliness of a small town bank, a place where we could call a person who knows us by name and takes care of our needs. Annie Martin has been that person. Not only is she friendly, but we can count on her to take care of any request quickly and efficiently. Because of Annie and other people like her at Enterprise, we have since opened other accounts for our small business.

  I have been banking for over 40 years at the main bank on Santa Fe in Olathe. I have been thoroughly pleased with the help I have received and the services I have been provided over the years. Of particular note, Annie Martin helped me set up my online banking account a year ago. I glad she recommended it to me. She has made herself available to help me on an ongoing basis when I have detailed questions about the online banking features. Thanks Annie!

  I have been banking with Enterprise for my business since 2016. I am thoroughly satisfied with my service, the options offered, and the charges. Debbie Newton, my local branch manager, has been very responsive for each request, no matter how small. She helped guide me through the setup and loan processes and has maintained my account in a superb fashion. When COVID upset everyone's apple cart, I had many clients working though that process with a variety of banks. None were better at handling that situation than Enterprise. I am firmly in the pro-Enterprise camp and hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.
