  Very nice outfit, been a customer most of my life. They do need to get the phone system worked out being 9 deep all the time not a good look.

  We have always had a good experience here. The staff is helpful and friendly. They got us the lowest rate around, on our car loan.

  I have been a member for 25+ years. Last week I had been trying to get some info thru the portal to which two people responded to me with the wrong information. So I called them. The guy on the phone gave me a completely different set of answers and was of no help! I am so frustrated wi tho tho em right now! I STILL don’t have my questions answered!

  Mainstreet downtown Olathe is awesome!!! You can't make everyone happy all the time. I'm sure that if every person who does business with Mainstreet were to post about it that there would be by far more positive than negative. I'm not sure how they treat their employees, but I do know how they treat me. You couldn't ask for a better bank. People need to quit acting like snobs because their credit is bad and they didn't get a loan. Also, it doesn't take a month to get your debit card, up to 10 business days is all. I got mine in 6. And who hasn't had to wait in line at the drive through at any business? GROW UP!!!

  I always feel like I’m at home when I return from being away and when I return-to the Olathe Branch at Mainstreet and when away I transact on line understanding I’m never far from home. Just never got that personal feeling when going into a bank, even a small bank.

  Have been a member from the beginning when it was started by some SMSD math teachers in the building which was on the bridge in Mission...and there was only a computer on the counter! It has been gratifying to see "Johnson County Teachers Credit Union" evolve through the years in to MAINSTREET CREDIT UNION. With such excellent, reliable financial assistance, it is no wonder it has expanded in to a FIRST RATE financial instution!
