Michelle Bussow5I opened my checking and savings account online and had to go into the Parker Branch to complete the transaction and verify my credentials I was warmly welcomed and professionally handled with a few laughs in between. I had a wonderful experience with ENT Staff. The experience was really welcomed especially for someone who hasnt entered a bank since the pandemic.

Daniel Bergeleen1Won't let you do external transfers for 6 months after opening a new account. Pulled my money out and will give it to literally any other institution. Thanks for the bonus $200, though.

Kelly Tappan5I have an account here, and I too have found the people here to be both friendly and helpful. They are willing to go out-of-their-way to make things work for me. I also have an account at another credit union that I needed to access during the COVID-19 outbreak. ENT's drive up ATMs made it very safe and easy (and free) to access my other account, and the ATMs dispense $5 bills when your withdrawal is not evenly divisible by $20s! I will likely keep going to the ENT ATMs even after the pandemic subsides (Lord willing)!

Honey Collier5I’ve been an ENT member for 6 years and wouldn’t dream of switching financial institutions despite my move from Colorado Springs to Denver 2 years ago. I am so glad to have locations in the greater Denver area now! The fraud detection at ENT is above reproach. Frustratingly, I’ve had my debit card compromised twice now and both times there’s been communication from the fraud department within minutes of the attempt to fraudulently access my account! They even sent me a replacement card via overnight mail at no charge to me due to a hectic work schedule that prevented me from getting to a branch during business hours. The people at THIS branch are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions or help in any way that they can. One unique feature of note at this branch is a change counting machine (think coinstar). No need to waste time counting/rolling your “Vacation-Get-Away-Piggy-Bank” jar of coins. Just dump them in and take the little ticket to a teller for your hard earned, well deserved vacation money!

Michael Fuentes5Opened my account there and I can't say enough about a great bank and service and mind you I have had an account with chase for a while and chase constantly are telling me that it my fault for things that are not so I closed all my chase accounts and went to Ent credit union. They know me by first name basis already.

Lance Folks1I called into get my full car loan amount to pay it off. I was on hold for 40 minutes a guy picked up and sent me to someone's Voice Mail. Customer service I would say at this point trash!

Tammy Aaron1This ENT location, my main location, 100% of the time, is unable to assist me. We don’t have a person here today that can help with that, our ATM card printer is broken, we can mail one but will be 2 weeks, blah blah, so constantly disappointed.
