      2 times now this branch is outrageous. First my dad died when I tried to cash the Insurance check to transport him across state lines and the funeral I was accused of committing crimes because the amount of cash I wanted. Long story short found out they didn't have that cash on hand around 30k .. second time went to get out 1500 bucks from checking I was asked by the teller if I work full time and for who. I asked what that has to do with removing money from checking. He literally said well I can just cancel this transaction if you don't want to tell me.. well that was the final straw. I will take my almost perfect credit score. And over 6 figure annual income somewhere else.. don't worry, though. I gave him my shoe size too. Just to get the cash I needed. edit-- look the reply from the bank communist thinking they where protecting me from my own funds. wow I'm so ashamed to do business with us bank notice how they don't say it didn't happen?

      Jessica and Melissa have been handling the renovations like champs and have made the drive-thru only experience awesome. I love this branch.

      Horrible place to make deposits. From what I can tell they don’t have regular tellers behind the counter. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to have to go in and beg one of the bankers to take my deposit. Avoid this branch if you can.

      Poorly managed and not properly employed. Always a huge wait, drive through is usually always closed making you go inside and wait for minimum of 30 mins. Huge turnover in employees, shows that management is terrible. I’ve banked here for years and it only gets worse. Got to 1st Bank. Better service & bank.

      Sat in drive thru for 20 mins finally went inside to see everyone but one person standing in there break room talking. When we finally got help I said something about waiting in drive thru and they told me there where all busy??? I will not go back to this branch and thinking about changing banks, my husband is thinking the same. We have multiple cards thur you and accounts that now we may change!

      Takes 20-30 minutes to process one transaction. There is always one teller on duty in the lobby and only one teller at the drive up. Cars lined up around the corner. The bank manager and four salaried employees sitting at their desks doing absolutely nothing to help their team. Leadership is a JOKE !!! My time is valuable.

      I am continually frustrated by the members of this branch especially the manager. Everyone is really nice, except the manager who is cold and impersonal, but slow! My last auto loan had the wrong loan duration set up. The loan officer for my equity line could not answer simple questions about the terms of the loan and never followed up with me to answer my questions. I will never have anyone at this location handle another loan again.

      An hour wait to make a deposit in the drive thru is ridiculous. On average, it’s 35-45 minutes, which is insane! I don’t understand why the lobby can’t be open when plenty of other banks have their lobby’s open now that masks are mandatory. If banking takes this long just to make a deposit, I’m switching banks.

      2-2021 They have a new mgr named Alex. Never returns calls, never follows up though he states he will. That's unprofessional and unacceptable. The branch itself, hit and miss if an issue arises. Its also a USBank issue as different departments don't work well with each other, and online issues or mobile app issues are a nightmare. Very fustrating.
