      Terrible customer service. Tried to get my daughter a bank account and they made it as difficult as possible. Front desk person provided the wrong information twice. Very unwilling to make anything work and just made my daughter's first bank experience terrible.

      They cannot to shared branch banking, they only offer an ATM for shared branch. They had no one who could help with loans until tomorrow. They had no one who could help us open a checking account for our daughter. Why are they even open? What can they do?
