  I have been banking here for only a couple of months and am very pleased with the attention to detail, the knowledge of the entire staff and most of all the superior customer service. Every person I’ve talked to has been friendly and willing to help with every aspect of my banking needs. I’ve also seen come customers get belligerent with them and they maintain their sincerity and calm. I’ve already referred my husband to them and we are going to be getting the joint secured credit card which reports to all three credit bureaus. A must have to raise your credit score.

  Rhimou Aljalanyi is very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly representative here. Just like everyone else here. I recommend everyone to come to this branch. Never had really much of good experiences here four years ago with afew representatives I had dealt with back then. But these representatives now, are wonderful.

  Great bank but no Saturday service anymore 🤨

  Happy, Thank you for the 4 star rating, we apologize for the inconvenience; however, like all businesses in America, we too are struggling to keep our associates healthy with the surge in COVID cases. Due to the increased number of COVID cases and the labor shortage across our Nation, we decided to temporarily close on Saturdays to manage through this. We anticipate reopening branches on Saturdays soon, but for now we would like to invite you to use our Smart ATM and Interactive ATM’s, our chat service, and of course our digital banking App to make check deposits, pay bills, and other general banking needs.   I opened an account about 6 months ago every time I go to the bank they recognize me and call me by name, they r always efficient and professional while being personable at the same time, I luv this bank! They take good care of their customers and offer everything the big banks offer but their there to help u succeed and work hard at it....

  The bank always had great service, but they have changed for the worse. I no longer trust the personnel at this bank and will be taking my accounts elsewhere. NEVER apply for a loan from this bank!!
