  Absolutely the worst bank ive ever heard of. Do yourself a favor, take your money anywhere else. This place us a joke. They claim you are a member owner, that they have hassel free checking. No fee checking. Every bit lies. What they have is a laundry list of sbsolutely ridiculous "policy" all designed to pull money from you. Oh they says its free checking. But then theres the monthly fee, the you did to many transactions fee, a fee for abput anything. The employees are rude. They are intentionally difficult. Takes hours to try to get even the smallest issues resolved. Employees on phones refuse to provide thier names for you to file a complaint. Wont let you close your account if theres a pending charge. They wont process the charge, they leave it pending for days. They create overdraft situation by leaving charges pending till another charge comes in. So they get to charge that 35 dollar fee. Because you know free banking. They told me to go to thier merchant services people to do payments for my small buisness. Those people charhe your card 3 times a m9nth on random days for various things. No notice, the idiots at ent then csnt do snything about it. Wont stop payments to them, wont have them fix the issues. They tell you to call this joke of a place. Call them and get shuttled through 4 diffrent people as no one is evwr the right dept. Then the call disconnects while on hold. Its a joke. A scam. These people call you a member owner, but what they treat you like is a fool whose money thry are stealing.

  Great service, great staff. I will continue to use ENT credit union for as long as I can. This branch in particular is convenient and the staff are friendly and courteous.

  I love this branch, today has been a terrible day and trying to get info faxed to unemployment has been a nightmare. ENT is amazing to its members and the services they provide for its members. The woman who helped me was so nice and sweet. Sorry I can’t remember your name but my HUGE fax that you sent was appreciated so I can get paid. If you are not a member you need to be.

  I was a little nervous going in here due to the mixed reviews, but adult things have to be done. I got there about 20min after they opened and was kindly greeted by the gentleman in the front. There wasn't much of a line since I got there early, but you could see everyone working was trying to help as best they could. It wasn't long that I waited when another gentleman approached me and asked what he could do to help. Blake helped me get what I needed/got my debit card printed on the spot and was extremely professional during the encounter. I left with everything I needed and the gentleman who greeted me when I came in also said a kind farewell as I left the building. All and all it wasn't a bad experience.

  This is a very excellent place to do your banking. They offer free checking and many other services. They are very modern and always have plenty of bank tellers. Everyone (all employees) are extremely efficient, competent, helpful and friendly. I could never imagine nor desire doing any banking with any other place. They have so, so many branches, which makes it quite convenient, all over the front range of Colorado. With their debit card you can get cash all 7-11 convenience store ATMs with absolutely no fee. The best way to describe and is phenomenal.

  I do not typically have the desire to take time out of my life to write a review about a bank. With that being said, I am compelled to do so now...Terrible customer service almost everytime I am there. I was in the other day for card fraud but turns out it just took forever for the money to be withdrawn but I was told to come into the bank. This was not card fraud and the loan officer assisting me couldn't have been less helpful. I was brushed off & rushed out the door. At the end of the day you signed up for this job, don't try and talk down to your customers & complain about assisting me right in front of me.

  Been waiting at this Ent for over thirty minutes, pulled up at 3:55pm now it is 4:35pm I wanted a money order, to deposit a check and some cash, and get coins back. All of that was messed up by the teller and was only spoken to once to be told she was working on the request. Sent back a receipt and my ID, no money order or coins.

  I moved a little further at the Mesa ridge parkway location but this credit union and this location particular have been excellent. I've been extremely disappointed with credit unions and banks in the past, this credit union is by far the best I've ever experienced! I always recommend you guys and I'm always pleasantly surprised with everything you do!

  Basically, they have better rates and better and friendlier customer service than any other institution I've heard of around town. And even though it may be more reflective of the individual than the institution, get this: I left 75¢ on the desk when I was talking with an agent there. They deposited it in my account after I left! It was just seventy-five cents and no one pocketed it to use in a meter, nothing like that. They gave it back to me, even though I might have never known! And they even put a nice little memo on the transaction so I would know exactly where it came from.

  We gave a contractor a check for a deposit and then he ghosted us. Then Ent charged us $25 to stop payment on the check. And the stop payment only lasts 6 months so if the contractor tries to deposit it next year, he can get the cash. AND he can still deposit it electronically at any time even though it's cancelled. Got screwed by the contractor and then got screwed by the bank. Thanks Ent!
