  So, when a loan is late, lets turn off the customers mobile deposit permissions. That way they cant deposit money to pay the loans!!! Makes perfect sense !!!!!!

  I like ent their customer service is great and everyone is nice but they are extremely slow. I would come after work to pay my car payment and it would take almost an hour in line. so I started to go in the morning and they still take a long time. Even when there are not very busy. They have also in the past screwed up on my account pretty badly before to the point where I now dont fully trust them and have to keep ALL receipts after making any deposit/payments.

  Customer Service is terrible. I try and pay my bill over the phone every month. And I usually have to talk to 5 people before I can pay. Its so frustrating nobody knows what there doing they act as though it the first time they've taken a payment over the phone. My other CU I never have issues.

  What a joke! Couldn’t open a business account because our salon sells products that “may contain CBD” like get with the times lmao such a waste of time. Will be withdrawing my personal accounts too.

Ent has made a decision based on recommendations from our regulators and because we are federally insured by the NCUA we must follow federal regulations.   Hazel has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced at an ENT. I work at a small business that has an account here and come once to twice a week to get small bills ($1s and $5s). I tried to go today and was refused with a nasty attitude. After multiple times explaining, she clearly made it out to be not her problem. Went to the ENT on spaulding and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE as always. I refuse to go to this one or refer ANYONE to this bank because of her. Nasty!
