      Worst experience with a bank. It takes dozens of calls to get one person to answer. No call backs from voice mails. a "CONVINCE FEE" on having to drive an hour to get to one of your locations to make a payment. if they offer you a loan through this company. "RUN!"

      Slow tellers, and very horrible online service. Site is down all the time and nobody at the PW location seems to know why or how long it will be down. If you use online Banking to check balances and pay bills you most likely should use a different credit union, like ENT.

      Thought the southside location was bad, but the customer service in the drive thru and in the bank is terrible, switching back to my old bank. They already know their bank is trash not the 1st time someone has complained about their service.

      The employees at PCU are always polite and professional. Occasionally there are a few customers waiting however I have received much worse service from the large nationwide banks.
