  Enrico was excellent to work with. We were first time home owners buying a house from out-of-state, and he was available anytime we called with specific questions regarding the financing of our home. He was always willing to sit down and talk through specifics, and when problems arose throughout the process, he was the first to dig in for more information. Highly recommend working with Enrico!

  We used Enrico Esperanza from Sierra Pacific Mortgage to secure a conventional loan and working with him has been an amazing experience. He is extremely responsive, very organized and he was successful in getting us a 30 year fixed mortgage closed from the time of signing of the purchase agreement in 5 weeks! Enrico was ready for the compressed timeline challenge and made sure he walked us through step by step to ensure everything was completed. Whenever I had questions and reached out to Enrico, I was always assured of a response within a couple of hours latest. Finally, Enrico was very transparent and helped us secure the best possible terms for the mortgage. I would strongly recommend Enrico to anyone!
