  I can't quantify the number of times I have been stranded out of state and not able to resolve the issues with this bank, due to severe internal miscommunication between their departments. I have also had payments vanish without any record, or at least that is what their card department tells me happened. With this high a fail rate I can't imagine how they are still in business.

  Loved this bank in the beginning.. I have been going to this same bank for some time now. There is a African American woman ( Tia - I think her name is) who is EXTREMELY RUDE everytime I see her. She is not fit for customer service, However I still like Miss Liz from this branch. Hopefully customer service improves.

  Customer service is severely lacking at this branch. Tia is the absolute most rude person I have ever dealt with and this has happened on multiple occasions. I always go in positive and patient as my good friends are also employees with this company but, she speaks to you like an incompetent child and she is very rude. She doesn’t need to be interacting with customers.

  I have had an account at this credit union for over 20 years. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. It's nice to be treated like a person, and not just a number.
