Enrichment Federal Credit Union Reviews

JosieKat00585Janee was an absolute pleasure to have as my banking attendant! Out of 6 other attendants she was the only one to offer a bright and warming welcome. She was cheerful, intelligent and ready to help accommodate all of my needs! She stands out amongst her peers, and is a great role model for those in the customer service industry. She made my last visit worth leaving a review as I hope more people will want to have a visit with her when doing their routine banking. My spouse and I have been banking here for years and it's easy to see why- clean and well structured environment, friendly banking attendants, and they offer a nice variety of benefits to those that bank with them.

Chris Braden1Friday 7-8-22 I inquired about possibly opening a savings account. The gentleman who greeted me was great. Very friendly and helpful. He let me know it would be a minute so I sat down. A few minutes later a lady, whose name I think was Bridgette, came walking toward me and I could tell by her demeanor that this was going to be a bad experience. We walked to her office and from the beginning she seemed stuck up, condescending and judgemental. She wouldn't engage in conversation and treated me as if i was a burden or problem. My 11 year old son who has autism tried to compliment her pictures on her desk and she didn't even acknowledge him.. She then checked my credit and I had a charge off from another bank. No big deal. I'll go pay it and come back. I went to ORNL and happily paid it. I walked into their bank and I'm helped immediately. I paid it off and was invited to re-open my account. Such a friendlier atmosphere. I re-opened my account and I will never step foot back in Enrichment.

Kiera Hagy1I called to make an appointment to open an account, which in and of itself was a challenge. Apparently they don't like to take appointments unless you request them. Which I was doing. I'm unclear why they have this policy but neither here nor there. I showed up for my appointment, which caused confusion with the staff. But they put me with Christina (Christine?). Who then proceeded to question me about who I spoke with to set up my appointment because they don't take them. I now feel very uncomfortable. I don't remember who I spoke with but assumed that things were in place, it was an appointment, not rocket science. And it shouldn't really matter since she was open. While I realize that calling people 'honey' is normal, I found it condescending when it was used today. Like are you sure you can actually open an account honey sort of way. When asked if she could run my credit (which I totally understand), I said no because my credit was locked. My information had been leaked in a hack and I put a freeze on it and only unlock it when it needs to be run and then lock it back. I was unable to unlock it while I was there because I didn't have my login, I wasn't aware that I would need it. While I was trying to get into my account, I thought she was busily typing away to setup my account, nope not at all. I should also emphasis that my goal was to open a SAVINGS account. No ATM card, no frills, no nothing. Just wanted the money to sit and get interest. But she never even asked. I guess my money wasn't good enough for them. I went to Tennessee Members 1st FCU. They were happy to open an account for me. Took less than 5 minutes. No uncomfortable feeling of being questioned about who made an appointment (that clearly wasn't that big a deal since, again, she was OPEN). I have my new members card and my money is in a brand new savings account. It just wasn't that hard.

Nicole1Very disappointed. They are open in Saturday’s until noon. We get here and it’s “drive thru only” on Saturday’s, because of COVID, I’m assuming. Although, their lobby is open M-F. We are on our way to purchase a vehicle and they won’t give us more than $3,000 out of our savings account through the drive thru. They told us to go to Clinton if we needed more than that. Nothing irritates me more than not having access to my OWN money when I need it. Ridiculous. COVID isn’t an excuse to not give me access to my funds when you are OPEN.

Jonathan Grider1Our waitress brought one set of silverware. There were four people in our group. We had to find another server to get more silverware. We had to literally get up and ask for refills on our beverages. Our waitress did not realize that our food ordered out of the kitchen had been brought out until we were finished eating. Not sure what's happen to this location however i would not suggest it. Management did not appear to be present at all.
