  I recently refinanced my home with Jeff Cost at ENG Lending. Jeff was more than accommodating for us and very professional. He met us on the weekend at a convenient location for us. Jeff treated was very professional and made sure he got us the best rate possible. He told us it would happen and he made sure it did, even when other lenders weren't able to help us. He got a super low rate on a 15 year loan that were are very pleased with. We should NEVER have to do another refi again! I'll definitely be sending people to Jeff when they need mortgage financing.   While shopping for a mortgage, we found Jeff after being unhappy with the other banks. Jeff made us feel very comfortable with the whole process, beginning to end. He walked us through everything we were unsure of, and he was also very quick with responding! He did what he could to help us and made sure to keep us comfortable. He helped us buy our first house!   I had to quickly get a new lender for conventional financing due to my old lender not allowing financing for the water not being allowed to be activated (minor leak HUD house). Jeff Cost worked with me quickly, answered all of my questions, and spent time doing this even though I had not completely decided to go with him yet. He got me into a conventional financing loan with decent lender credits that almost covered all of the closing costs. I would recommend him because he went out of his way to help me and secure the loan. Anyone that knows me, knows I can be difficult and will ask 101 questions! If he could put up with me...what are you waiting for? Call him to help you!

  Jeff cost at the Bank of England was wonderful to work with!! He worked very hard until the day our loan closed and he even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good and to congratulate us again! I highly recommend him to everyone!
