  We had started the mortgage process with a well known bank before finding out about Encore Mortgage. The bank staff was incompetent at best and the appraisal company they had chosen was terrible. With less that 9 days before the closing date Dan and Berachah toke over and closed on time. They truly saved the deal for us and we are very grateful. They are professional in every sense of the word, and I would highly recommend the team at Encore Mortgage to anyone. They are the best I have ever worked with. Period.
