  Jeff Davis was a horrible loan officer. Nothing was transparent. I also contacted his boss, the Branch Manager Kevin and he was no help at all.

  Jeff Ratanapool has worked with my husband for over 10 years. Most recently, he helped us with a refinance on our home. The process was very efficient.
