  Definitely better out there. Closing was scheduled for 3PM on the 15th. Days before was told we were a go and that they had everything needed. 45 minutes before closing they are calling asking for additional documents. We did end up closing that day but they missed the funding deadline. So I closed on a house I could not access for 4 days (it was a holiday weekend). Best part is when I complained and asked for reimbursement on expenses, I was told how lucky I was to close that day. Just a really poor experience.

  Bad experience. After 4 months for a refinance, they wanted $2500 extra to lock the rate. I was told they are very busy and 4 months is "the normal time" this process takes!! Also have 2 friends that started the loan process and almost did not close because of delays and lack or responsiveness!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

  Very simple, small mortgage loan. Hefty deposit and great credit scores. But getting the runaround and vague explanations. The file is referred to a manager who does not respond. I call to speak to a manager, but very indifferent staff, and of course, no response still from anyone supposed to close in a few days but still waiting on approval. Very disappointing 😕

  I started the process on March 4 and had to cancel 3 closing dates because they still haven't finished the paperwork and keep asking for more information they already have. It is now April 19 and have to cancel a closing time again that was scheduled for today because of them.

  Chris and Cody did a fantastic job, their availability for our questions (even at 11pm at night!) And expertise made this a low stress and very exciting experience! Excellent team, they will be our primary reference point for all of our friend and family.

  I worked with Chris Lebedzinski on the re-fi, absolutely great guy to work with from start to end and it was smooth sailing without any hiccups. I would recommend this group who are really helpful and provide great customer service. Last but not the least kathy ray who is the loan co-ordinator did a great job getting every thing together and closed a day prior on request with ease. You guys Rock!!!!!!!!!!

  I would highly recommend Encompass lending group. We had a very pleasant experience with them during a somewhat stressful long distance move and they were very accommodating, cheerful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again!

  I was referred to Jeff by a coworker. Jeff and his team were very helpful. They informed me of what I needed to do regarding my credit. I was on the phone with a collection agency and sent a quick email to Jeff as I wasn’t sure what to do. Jeff responded so quickly and I was able to resolve my debt issue in that moment! I believe I started working with Jeff in January and was able to close on my first home in March! Jeff and his team provided me with the best customer service!
