Melissa Luehr1There was a time when I loved banking with capital one. Now they have changed all of the services they offered and so far none of it has been to benefit the customer. For example they keep closing the branches. I have to drive 20 minutes to the closest one. Then if I want two have 2 checking accounts I have to use the same debit card. I want separate cars. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

syed barey5We had a problem with a wire transfer. We had a hard time getting some one to help us. Muhammad Khan at this branch was very helpful. He solved the issue right over the phone. In this day and time of digital age, a personal touch speaks a lot. Khan went over and above the call of duty to help us out. May God Bless him.

Big shame on this staff for poor and lazy service.To make deposit they take 1 hr for 1 customer.what a shame for this bank and their lazy staff.

Ebony Broussard1I visited this location only to find the lobby was closed. The only option was to wait in the drive up line for well over 30 minutes to make my transaction. Highly disappointed, as not everyone wants to do complete banking at an ATM.

On top of having to drive over 20 minutes to a location since they have only a handful of locations, inside lobby isn’t open for NO REASON whatsoever and there’s a line in every drive through lane. I have had 3 cars in front of me and have been here for 45 minutes in the commercial lane. At 2pm. This is complete lack of respect and consideration for clients. Do yourself a favor and just bank with a different company.

rulan fang1As a loyal customer with capital one more then 10 years, I like rated this place negative five stars if I can. This place used be good, the staff was polite and professional. But now, some of them are rude and apparently don’t know how to do their job. Toady, a Indian gentleman, who call himself manager, took 50 minutes for a single cashier check, I stand there for almost one hour. And his attitude became angry and angrier because he don’t know how to do it. I can accept waiting for 50 minutes , what I can tolerate is his attitude, you should learn if you don’t know how to do your job, don’t blame customers

Elizabeth Galindo1Extremely frustrated with our experience using our capital one venture card. We used our sky miles plus our own money to book a trip. Unfortunately because covid is still really bad and we are concerned about the safety of our children we are trying to reschedule our trip. While trying to reschedule we found out that our flight had been changed from one airline to another. The airline doesn't have the full amount of our purchased tickets. We are unable to reschedule with that airline. Neither airline nor capital one is willing to refund our money. Now we're out all of our accrued miles AND our cash. Would've been better to book on our own. Beware.

Flatpenguin1Went there to DEPOSIT under $200 in cash ($20s) with a preprinted deposit form from checkbook. Had my License to Carry Handgun (a valid photo Texas ID). The license to carry has my Texas driver license number and same photograph as the Texas Drivers license on there but I guess it’s too hard for staff to match it in the system. So… you can deposit cash with a debit card at the machine with no ID, okay, makes sense. Was denied deposit after the staff member made a face “we need one to be able to scan”. Ridiculous and inconvenient for a over 15 year customer with multiple debit and money market accounts. Customer service has been going downhill. Went down to Chase with no issues.

vested Eagle1Went straight from this Capital one branch to Chase bank today to open a new business Checking and savings account. Lady at the drive through rudely claimed I was depositing a "fraud check" because it was a copy. Even though I had deposited the same copys from same clients plenty of times before with no issues. How do even accuse of someone of Fraud just like that??. and a capital one customer for at least 5?yrs?? AMAZING. Funny I deposited same check at Chase bank was verified and even got some of the funds already. Even though I didn't need it . I'm going to cancel the rest of my 4 accounts with cap one
