  I recently reached out to Emory ACU to obtain a car loan. The rates were the best I found but even better was the associate Marlene Richardson who helped me. She went above and beyond to help guide me in obtaining the best rate. Furthermore I was in and out in about 20 minuets in getting an account set up and getting a check for the dealership. Marlene was so fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things!

  I worked with Barbara Wynn to get a car loan and she/the credit union helped me get a lower total price of the car through their own value pricing of used cars. The dealership would have overcharged me if not for her help.

  Today I walked in Emory Alliance Credit Union and was assisted by a lady name Barbara and she was AWESOME!!!!!She helped me open a new Checking and Saving account and explained every detail of each account I was very satisfied…thank you Ms. Barbara for your wonderful customer service!!!!!!!!!

  The customer service at the credit union is A1. Keelan Webb provides friendly and fast service at the drive thru window, which is my primary source of service when I visit Emory Alliance Credit Union.

  If you are a first time home buyer, you may not want to go through Emory ACU to help obtain your mortgage. We were given a good interest rate, however, that was the only good experience. With a lot of questions and uncertainty, the agent that we had did very little in communicating with us causing a lot of headaches and misunderstanding and waiting for answers. It was difficult get in touch with our agent and turn around time for phone calls or emails took about 24 hours unless the agent needed something from us directly. In addition to that, communication was extremely poor at closing as well.
