  I have always had excellent service from everyone at SunTrust bank at Emory. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, I needed something notarized and they were happy to do it for me, free of charge as a customer. I feel they are an important part of my community, there when we need them. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there!

  Ongelee is one of the best Suntrust employees. I have around 15 accounts at Suntrust, so typically I need to work with Suntrust. Well she, hands down is one of the best. Thank you.

  I opened an account here not long ago and have had excellent experiences every time I've came into the branch. The branch manager is Kristen Cork and she is awesome and very professional. She believes in taking care of her clients!! SunTrust better hold onto her!!

  Great customer service from Leric. She not only thoroughly addressed my concerns and handled my many miscellaneous questions, she remembered me the following week when I called back with an issue outside of Suntrust's control. All matters were promptly addressed, and all during Covid. Thank you!

  I had an issue I needed help with and the ladies at the customer service counter helped me out and solved my issue. They were very friendly and helpful and I appreciate the excellent servicece provided by these ladies and Suntrust.

  The teller I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional! When the branch manager was called to assist she acted as if she could care less about the teller's rude and unprofessional conduct. I am sending a formal complaint to the corporate office, however I doubt if they will do anything. SunTrust needs to serious redefine their applicant screening and hiring process.

  Awesome experience! I was greeted right away and they were more than happy to assist me with my needs
