  A lousy bank 30 years behind in technology. Shopping around for a new bank - which is long overdue since the Fidelity merger. Unless you want to reminisce about banking in the early 1980's, I suggest finding a more innovative bank.

  I have been banking with Fidelity for over ten years. I love the personal service they provide especially how the staff is very warm and works to build a relationship. Not this location however. I have been in this branch at least once a month for almost a year and I still feel treated like a stranger off the street. I feel like I am being processed like one is at a Bank of America branch. Lucky for me there is another location a block away. I visit the Vinings and Howell Mill branches much less and they remember exactly who I am when I come in and treat me very well. The staff at this location comes across as cold and suspicious. Not what i want when trusting my money to someone else.

  This branch at 1120 Commerce Dr. has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The tellers act nasty and arrogant and the new branch manager isn't friendly and professional like the last one. I operate a small business in the area and chose that bank for location and other reasons. There is a branch a block a way with courteous and professional tellers. The difference is like night and day.

  Great bank with accommodating customer service. They were very helpful to my business and me in hosting my federal SBA PPP loan and in getting it qualified for forgiveness.

  Have only been to the new building twice since they moved and have been made to feel like I’m dumb and spoken down to both times. It looks like I’m not the only one who feels this way. Customer service is very lacking here unfortunately and will probably be switching banks altogether.

  Honestly I wish the old Decatur First was still around. I am trying to work on overdraft line of credit for checking account..spend time on the phone and they say they will email me the documents..they never do...sometimes the online banking is down and i can't use my quicken program..some are nice and some are not..they cancelled my former line of credit with no notice and then i got some overdraft charges....have to go in person to take care of problems including not posting a deposit correctly..I would change but it is a lot of trouble these days to change banks..

  have not had great experience since the move. had great ones before the move and buy out. But lots of problems since they got bought out and moved. hope they get better
