  We have now worked with Emmanuel twice on refinancing our homes. The most recent was a challenge. Being a newly built owner occupied duplex and without many comps in the area, it took some magic dust to make it happen. Fortunately, Emmanuel has plenty of it and we got the deal done. Never during the process did we ever feel that it wouoldn't get done to our ultimate satisfaction. My wife and I can't imagine working with anyone else.

  He was Fantastic and he worked very hard to accommodate everything for us in a timely manner. Always available when we needed to communicate with him. My mother and I were very pleased with him. He was honest and blunt when he know something was not a fit for us. He Worked with us on exactly what we were looking for and needed. He is very professional, patient and knows his work very well. He looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is very helpful by always being available and letting me know how our home process was going. He worked very hard for us on the interest rate and mortgage loan amount that would best fit for us. Thank you Emmanuel for your attentiveness and professionalism with us. We worked with Emmanuel a good 3 months trying to find the right home. He is very knowledgeable. He made it happen for us . We closed very fast and on the day he promised it will. Date: April 2nd.   Emmanuel and his team at Choice Mortgage Bank are simply great. he helped us with our refi and new mortgage and if you are home owner you know this process is a real headache but he made the process very smooth I would recommend them over and over again please give them a call and see for yourself. I found the townhome of my dreams in 1 day, and Emmanuel had my loan approved, signed and sealed within 14 days. All of my calls, texts, emails were answered in an impressive timely manner and I wouldn't do lending business with any other lender after this experience.   When I needed to put in an offer to a place before it got scooped up, I was referred to Emmanuel St. Germain at Choice Mortgage Bank. I told Emmanuel my dilemma and he assured me that he could get me preapproved for a loan before the day's end so that I could submit an offer. Sure enough he got me prequalified and the whole process went along very smoothly. When there were issues down the line, Emmanuel dealt with them quickly and professionally. I've dealt with 5 loan officers in the past 2 years and they all had difficulty getting me through to closing but where they failed, Emmanuel succeeded. It is for this reason that Emmanuel deserves 5 out of 5 stars. He did the impossible and I'm very content with the result. I would highly recommend him and Choice Mortgage Bank to my friends and family.
