  After hearing Manny Munoz’s spots on WIOD, I was finally motivated to look into what I could achieve by refinancing with Michael Kodsi’s Team while the interest rates are so low. The whole process was clearly laid out and Neil was always available to answer any questions. I’m a natural procrastinator and was falling behind... instead of allowing me to get too far behind and risk losing my rate lock, Michael called to see if there was anything he or his team could do.   I'm not going to say it was easy. It was anything but. Being self employed required a lot more documentation and verification for the Underwriters.   I have to say shopping for a home and mortgage these days is no walk in the park. So having a team like Choice mortgage and Michael Kodzi guiding me and my wife through the maze of frustration while being available answering the phone or returning calls with instructions or encouraging us to stay the course and going to bat for us with the sellers when we thought we had lost the deal.   Words fall short in expressing how grateful and satisfied we are with Choice Mortgage. For years we have been trapped in a high interest mortgage and all prior attempts to refinance resulted in disappointment. I heard about Choice Mortgage on the radio. They advertised that Michael Kodsi would personally answer your call. I was skeptical but called. Mr. Kodsi answered the phone personally. After a few questions, he said “yes” I can help, and he did.
