  I do not hesitate giving The Rummel Agency "Five Stars" in regard to the way they service their clients. When my husband died a few months ago I found myself having to sell our home, purchase a condo, sell one vehicle, lease another as well as having to deal with an unexpected water leak in our home of 54 years Once in my new condo I had to deal with a broken window and some deep scratches on a vehicle that I was preparing to return as the lease was almost up. I also found a bill for over $800.00 for repair of our SUV after it was struck by a large tree limb as we were driving. My husband had paid the bill but had not yet submitted it to Rummel's to see if we were covered for that incident. Even though the incident had occurred several months earlier, the Rummel Staff submitted it to our insurance company which reimbursed me for the entire amoun. The staff at The Rummel Agency helped shepherd me through all of the legal and financial decisions I had to make in regard to these numerous insurance matters.
