  I'll keep it brief, just in the last three months alone I've had three major snags. 1. Mailed Debit Card to wrong address (after telling them four times and even coming into two different locations face to face to confirm address change they still botched it). 2. They somehow allowed an ADD insurance company they're on good terms with to charge me quarterly for insurance I wasn't even aware I had. Luckily I was able to catch this after the first two quarterly charges to stop it. Did not receive a refund for backed charges though I requested. 3. Had a simple request of them to not release funds to a charge that was accidentally double charged and they refused. Then proceeded to tell me I'd have to be the middle man between their call center and the other company's call center to start a dialogue via Fax. I requested they reach out for a faxed letterhead and was disrespected by someone at the Frankenmuth location. Credit Union's like to play the role of "small town, we know you" but it's a scam. I've banked with Bank of America, Chase, and Frankenmuth Credit Union. Chase was the lesser of the three evils but there truly is no distinction between Frankenmuth Credit Union and a big bank. This is the type of company that will make you think they're doing everything in your best interest for the sole purpose of profit.

  I don't have an account with this credit union, but after today I will definitely be opening an account with them! I deposited money using WePay into a friend's account and they had given me the wrong account number. I called the credit union to see if the payment would bounce back. They were able to find the money, it had been deposited into another member's account by mistake. They transferred the money into the correct account and said it should be available within ten minutes. It was a quick phone call and the woman I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. I could not thank her enough!

  Completely terrible fraud department and over draft protection agent. Let ezeli Marquez open up a pay pal account with my card numbers all the way in California. Who proceeded to overdraft my account. And then the credit union puts my account into collection and tells me I have to talk to pay pal who is equally terrible at their job, because neither of their fraud departments can do their job.

  these people are so great to work with and always there to help and assist you. I have been a member since 1971, when it was Farm Bureau, and would not even think about leaving!
