  We recently replaced a vehicle, and I contacted Jennifer about having the coverage updated and getting new insurance cards. She was very nice and took care of everything, she contacted the out-of-state dealer where we purchased the vehicle, provided information and guidance on appropriate coverage, and provided the updated declaration and billing schedule. It was all very convenient and thorough, truly a stress-free experience. I've had Emery & Webb as my insurance agent for over 2 decades now, covering my home and several cars, and it's always been a great experience.

  We have been using Emery & Webb as our insurance provider for the past many years. Jennifer Hobson, our specific agent is always there to help answer questions, guide us through the insurance process and quote policies for us in such a timely and pleasant manner. Working with Jennifer has made our insurance needs a breeze and I cannot recommend her and Emery & Webb enough.

  We have had Emery and Webb as our home and auto insurance agents for over 50 years. In all that time we have never had an issue with a claim. Fortunately, we have had only minor auto accidents, and these were handled promptly. Several years ago, lighting hit a tree next to our house and caused electrical damage to our furnace and some other damage. The adjuster came quickly, and our claim was handled promptly. Also, several years ago we were vacationing in Ireland and my wife lost the diamond from her wedding ring. We were able to get a copy of the sales slip from the dealer and again our claim was handled promptly with no issues. So, our experience with Emery and Webb has been totally positive.

  The people here are very cordial, helpful and great to deal with. Not to forget the great rates they have also. It really does pay to stay local for your needs.   My family and I have been working with Emery and Webb for a very long time. I have the pleasure of working directly with Lisa and Chuck who both provide terrific service and a personal touch! It is so much better having an actual human being I can call on the phone as opposed to dealing with a random customer service agent. I would never do it any differently!

  I feel that I am a member of a family with Emery & Webb. Everyone I have had contact with has been so nice and extremely helpful. The only negative is when I get shifted from one representative to another. It would be better to have the same person all the time so a strong relationship could be fostered.
