  Excellent service. Kristen and Laura are professional but also personable. I look forward to going to the bank knowing that it will be pleasant. I am always greeted with a smile, and by the use of my first name. It's welcoming. And they always help with trouble shooting. Best banking experience ever! Erica helped out today with exactly what I needed!

  Margaret Hill at the Rhinebeck branch is in a class all her own. Never have I experienced such a warm, caring and understanding person at a bank before. I needed many things done for not only myself but my son and parents as well. She took the time, was in constant communication and helped me navigate my needs. She exemplifies the meaning of "great customer service!". Many thanks Margaret!!

  Laura and Kristen at the Rhinebeck MHV branch are 2 of best tellers I have dealt with. They are always so friendly, and personal. If I have ever had something I wasn't sure about they always found out for me. I always love going to the Rhinebeck Branch. Would highly recommend stopping in for your banking needs.

  I was directed to the Rhinebeck branch of Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union when I was looking for a notary. I was given a pleasant welcome upon entering and told that the notary would be right with me. The notary was friendly, professional and very efficient. On top of it all, she didn’t even charge me for her service. The entire experience could not have been more pleasant.

  Mhvfcu is very accommodating and on the competitive edge with money saving programs. The staff at the Rhinebeck office is friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional! My experience with this institution has always been very positive!!!

  The staff at the Rhinebeck branch are amazing and have exceeded all our expectations for many years. Always the upmost professional, discreet, efficient. Staff make every transaction easy. Virtually no staff turnover. There are no lines. The branch has a clean, modern vibe. Recently remodeled. I recently need a bank check for $60K. Staff managed the transaction over the phone. I stopped over 25 minutes later and picked up my check. She moved money from my various accounts. I did not even have to sign anything. Easy-peasy. Love the Rhinebeck branch. Highly recommend.
