  I hired an accountant and for 2 years I ended up with a huge bill due to the IRS at the end of the year. A friend recommended Emerald Coast Accounting so I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did! Emerald Coast Accounting didn’t just fill out my forms and send me a bill. They actually sat down with me and showed me how to restructure my accounts and the benefits of paying myself a salary. I have been with Emerald Coast Accounting for 2 1/2 years now and I actually got money back at the end of both years they filled my return! Not to mention they cost less than my previous accountant and they are worth every penny! Any time I call with a question they are happy to take time and answer.   Attempted to ask a question about a (2-page) county property tax form with the intent of paying them for their service. Woman who answered the phone did not attempt to assist at all and told me they couldn’t help me. They must be be doing so well that they don’t need new business. Extremely disappointed and will find tax assistance elsewhere and make sure my local area friends do the same. In response to a previous post, the accountant may have social skills but they receptionist sure does not.
