  It was a pleasure working with Headley and his team at Guaranteed Rate Mortgage. I love the fact that they guided us step by step through the mortgage loan process. He is the consummate mortgage professional. I never had to worry what needed to be done next because he would contact us immediately. He always made sure he looked out for us. He worked closely with our realtor and I felt I had the AAA+ team. I have purchased properties previously and this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

  I wanted to refinance my Wells Fargo mortgage and contacted Guaranteed Rate because someone I'd worked with before at Wells Fargo moved from Wells Fargo to Guaranteed Rate to be able to have more personal connections with the people they serviced. Maggie Martinek (a wonderful lady) connected me with a member of her team (Headley Rose) to work with. Headley took tremendous personal interest in my case including successfully (with great difficulty) getting rid of a HUD lien that should have been removed 5 years ago. He and Laney Star (who in particular made heroic efforts to get my condo association to do its job in providing needed information) were my primary contacts and they both (along with all the other people on his team including Sheila Murphy from the title company they worked with, were phenomenally efficient, friendly, and consistent in overcoming all obstacles in getting me successfully refinanced with Guaranteed Rate. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get the refinancing completed and always took a personal interest throughout the whole process. They were always on top of things and responded with any of my questions or concerns immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. You couldn't go wrong with them on your side!

  Definitely do yourself a favor and work with Headley. He gave great advice after listening to my needs. I was not sure what to expect from guaranteed rate since they are not a big known bank however they gave me the best interest rate and top class service. Two thumbs up.

  It was truly an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Rose on the refinancing of my house. He was very forthcoming and candid about all aspects of the major transaction and has gone way above board to ensure that everything went smoothly.   Headley helped with to refiance my property when I wanted to reduce my monthly pyments and remove my PMI. He has an indepth knowledge in the purchase and refianancing of property. He walked me through the entire process and make it so simple to understand. I would strongly recommend him to any one willing to purchase a property. He will ensure that you get your money's worth and always willing to make sure you save during the process rather than waste funds unnecessarily. He is also easy to work with and can be reached easily, which for me was of utmost importanace as I needed to communicate from time to time. I highly recommend him.
