Courtney Rogers1If I could give the mortgage division zero stars, I would. Everyone from the top down at Embassy National Bank has been absolutely miserable to work with. Our loan was in underwriting for more than two months with no answers. We've been given the runaround. We've actually been yelled at by their employees, we've been lied to, and much more - the customer service has been horrendous. We were without a place to live for two weeks, we've spent a minor fortune on a Uhaul...all because the lender has been terrible and has refused to do their job. And to top it all off, the promise of 100% paid closing costs - the entire reason we went with Embassy and the most important aspect to first-time home buyers - kept going down over and over to the point where we're paying much more out of pocket than ever discussed or promised (nearly double). But rest assured, Embassy is making sure they get theirs. There is so much more I could say, but the moral of the story is - whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS BANK. It has made for a miserable buying experience!

Always a real person and you'll quickly learn the names and recognize them by voice. After 25 years with BofA, I sure do enjoy this kind of service.
